When I first began visiting the city it was breathtaking and vast, but overtime everything that made it grand began to make it feel largely cramped, monotonous. The same buildings that created the beautiful skyline from afar cast huge and dark shadows within the city, creating moments of sunshine and warmth that are always fleeting. Tall and continual buildings lumber overhead, blocking what looks like my only escape from the city.
